Discover the 10 rules for safe skiing
Avoid Risky Situations!
Behave in a way that doesn't endanger anyone
Every skier must follow the signage (you can’t miss the bright orange signs)
Adapt your behavior and speed to your abilities, the slope, and the weather conditions
Make sure it's safe to enter a slope by checking both uphill and downhill
Choose a path that ensures the safety of the downhill skier (the one below you)
Overtake wide enough to anticipate the movements of the skier you're passing
If you fall, clear the slope as quickly as possible. Always stop at the edge of the slope!
Use the edge of the slope if you need to walk up or down
If you're involved in or witness an accident, identify yourself by calling emergency services at 00334 79 09 67 60
In the event of an accident, everyone must alert the rescue team and remain available to the ski patrol.
